you with resources for the uninsured that you may call.
However, we do not provide financial assistance to the

First, contact your
insurance company directly and ask to speak to a member
services supervisor. They will try to help to explain
the situation and resolve the problem. |

the health plan says they will not pay. What can I do? |

Contact your HMO member
services supervisor (obtain a name, date and time of
call). Attempt to resolve the problem directly with the
HMO |
